Refund & Cancellation Policy

Organization: Rotary Skill Development Centre (NGO)

Rotary Skill Development Centre provides free educational courses but requires students to deposit a refundable security amount of INR 1000 at the time of admission. The following policy governs refunds and cancellations:


1. Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility:
    • Refund is only applicable when the student completes the full 3-month course duration and attends the final examination.
    • Refund is applicable whether the student passes or fails the examination.
  2. Non-Refund Scenarios:
    • Student cancels admission or drops out after fee slip is issued.
    • Student fails to attend the final examination.
    • Student loses the original fee slip/receipt.
    • Student is expelled due to disciplinary reasons.
  3. Refund Process:
    • Students must submit the original fee slip/receipt at the end of the course.
    • Refunds will be credited directly to the student’s bank account within 3 months after verification.

2. Cancellation Policy

  1. Students must inform the administration in writing if they wish to cancel admission.
  2. Once the fee slip is issued, the security deposit becomes non-refundable in case of cancellation.
  3. Students who drop out or cancel admission at any stage before course completion will forfeit the security deposit.

3. Certificate Issuance & Refund Link

  • Students who pass the final examination will receive a certificate along with their refund.
  • Students who fail the exam will not receive a certificate but will still be eligible for a refund (if the course was completed and the final exam attended).

4. General Terms

  • Refunds are issued only through bank transfers. Cash refunds will not be processed.
  • Refunds are subject to proper verification of course completion and submission of documents.
