At Rotary Skill Development Centre, we are committed to supporting our students beyond the classroom. We aim to connect eligible students with employment opportunities through interviews with partnered companies and organizations.
1. Eligibility for Job Interview Opportunities
1.1 Job interview opportunities are provided only to students who successfully complete the course and pass the final examination.
1.2 Students who fail the final examination, drop out, or do not attend the examination are not eligible for job interview opportunities.
1.3 Students must maintain good conduct and discipline during the course to be considered for job interview referrals.
2. Nature of Opportunities
2.1 We provide interview opportunities only; we do not offer or guarantee employment.
2.2 The final decision of hiring rests entirely with the employer/partner company.
2.3 Students may be referred for one or more interviews based on available openings and their qualifications.
3. Limitations
3.1 There is no 100% job guarantee after completing the course.
3.2 Rotary Skill Development Centre is not responsible for the employer’s selection process, terms of employment, or job offer.
3.3 If a student is selected, all matters regarding salary, working conditions, and employment terms are between the student and the employer.
4. Documentation & Requirements
4.1 Students must present their course completion certificate to be considered for job interviews.
4.2 Students must submit updated resumes and any other required documents requested by the employer.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1 Students referred for interviews must maintain professionalism and punctuality.
5.2 Misconduct during interviews may result in cancellation of future job referrals.

Rotary Skill Development Centre acts as a facilitator by connecting eligible students with potential employers. We are not liable for any disputes, non-selection, or post-employment issues between the student and the employer.
