Rotary Skill Development Centre (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a non-profit organization offering free educational and skill development courses. By applying for admission and enrolling in any of our programs, students (“you” or “applicant”) agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Admission & Eligibility

1.1 Our courses are open to students aged 18–30 years only.
1.2 All applicants must complete the official registration process on www.skilldevelopmentcentre.org or at our authorized centers.
1.3 Admission is subject to availability of seats and verification of eligibility documents.

2. Security Deposit

2.1 At the time of admission, students must pay a refundable security deposit of INR 1000.
2.2 This deposit is not a fee; our courses are provided free of charge.
2.3 A proper fee slip/receipt will be issued for the security deposit. This slip must be retained and presented at the time of refund.

3. Course Duration & Completion

3.1 Each course has a fixed duration of 3 months.
3.2 Students are required to attend all scheduled classes and the final examination.
3.3 If a student completes the full course duration and attends the final examination, the security deposit will be refunded, irrespective of whether the student passes or fails the examination.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refund Conditions:

  • Refund is only applicable if the student completes the entire 3-month course and attends the final examination.
  • Students must submit the original fee slip/receipt at the time of refund.

4.2 No Refund Scenarios:

  • Students who drop out or cancel admission after the fee slip is issued are not eligible for a refund.
  • Students who do not attend the final examination will not be refunded.
  • Students who lose their fee slip/receipt will not be eligible for a refund.

4.3 Refunds will be processed directly to the student’s bank account within 3 months after verification.

5. Certificates

5.1 Students who successfully complete the course and pass the final examination will be awarded a certificate of completion.
5.2 Students who attend the course and examination but fail the exam will not receive a certificate.
5.3 Certificates will not be issued under any circumstances to students who drop out, cancel their admission, or fail to attend the final examination.

6. Dropouts & Cancellations

6.1 Students who discontinue or drop out of the course at any stage will not be refunded the security deposit.
6.2 Students must inform the administration in writing in case they wish to cancel their admission.
6.3 Once the fee slip has been issued, the deposit becomes non-refundable in case of cancellation or dropout.

7. General Terms

7.1 We reserve the right to modify course schedules, curriculum, or policies at any time without prior notice.
7.2 Any misconduct, violation of rules, or disruption during the course may lead to expulsion, and in such cases, the security deposit will not be refunded.
7.3 Students are responsible for maintaining proper attendance and discipline during the course.

8. Disputes & Jurisdiction

8.1 Any disputes arising out of these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi courts only.
8.2 By enrolling, students accept that the organization’s decision in all matters relating to admissions, refunds, and certifications shall be final and binding.
